What Meet stores

Poll metadata like title, date range, timezone, and optional password hash.
Participant display names and their saved free-time blocks.
Import job metadata so screenshot and booking-link flows can be reviewed.

What Meet does not show to others

Private calendar event titles.
Raw linked-provider credentials.
Unreviewed imported draft availability.

Screenshot handling

Uploaded screenshots are used to extract visible availability structure. They should be kept for as little time as possible and are intended to be deleted after parsing or shortly after.
